State and federal park cabins whose official pages say they are heated and rented in winter, in Virginia, North Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, West Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Book directly with the park; filter for pets, an in-cabin bathroom or a fireplace.

How we check: a cabin is listed only if an official park source says it is heated and rented in winter. Anything the park doesn't state is shown as "Not listed". Checked October 26, 2026; confirm details when you book. Georgia: heat comes from GA State Parks' system-wide statement that all cabins have heat and air conditioning; winter rental is shown by its seniors' cottage discount (Sun – Thu, December 1 – March 31).

"Pets allowed" and "Bathroom" only match listings where the park states it. Parks often allow pets in only some cabins.
